click&match was built by people who spent every morning opening the same dozen job boards. We collect new roles from 31 sources across Germany, Switzerland, Austria and France, merge duplicates, drop closed listings and score what is left against your search profile.
A score, not a guess
The match score is calculated by an algorithm with fixed weights: skills, location and work format. We always show which of your skills matched.
Speed decides
Recruiters read the first applications they receive. We alert you within minutes of a listing appearing at the source.
No invented data
Every listing links back to its source. When a field is missing at the source, we leave it empty instead of estimating it.
